With your phone using something called “Airstream“, it takes a little setting up, and it may choppy at times, but as a concept, it looks pretty good.

The only content you can watch on Netflix is the stuff you buy, but there are plenty of choices on Google Play, and several of them are pretty reasonable in price. Is it the best place to sit and watch shows? With this level of content variety, few apps can compete.

There are many reasons to enjoy Hulu in VR. As with Netflix, this 360-degree setting offers that same immersive experience in a modern apartment in New York.

There is also a category exclusively dedicated to free VR content on Hulu, making access to it much easier. Hulu also doesn’t seem to have a paywall for their VR content, so you can enjoy VR content without being a subscriber. Hulu’s videos have the same size as Netflix but seem to be static, unlike Google Play Movies, where you can resize them to fit comfortably.
